Brad & Kayla were so wonderful to work with for their engagement photos Vail Colorado last fall. One of the greatest parts for me was that we had only met for the first time about 20 minutes before their portrait session (with Kayla’s parents as well…which was super cool) and we all became instant friends. It was really great to get to know them as we explored around East Vail, Colorado and hear about their love story together. It was so easy to see that these two have not only been in love for a long time, but they have also been best friends for a long time. They are so incredibly natural together; they have inside jokes that only they get, they laugh contagiously, they can’t walk five feet together without holding hands and they even play fight…well Kayla instigates and Brad just kinda “puts up with it”. Their mutual love for Colorado has also lead them to packing up everything from their home in Iowa and moving out to Denver to start a new life together. I am so happy for these two and feel so privileged to call them friends. I can’t wait for their big day this spring!
