When you meet a couple for the first time to talk about their wedding you never really know what to expect. Sometimes when you first meet, they understandably need a little more reassurance or confidence that you are the photographer for them. After all, someone’s wedding day is kind of a big deal. Well it was quite the opposite when I met Christina & Ben. Christina and I met at a bridal show in Denver, Colorado a few months before her wedding. It was a crazy busy day with only a few minutes to talk but we instantly hit it off. It was one of those moments I’ll never forget when she looked at her friend and said, “I think I just found my wedding photographer!” Her confidence in me was one of the most flattering compliments I have ever received and it was only a few weeks later that I had the chance to meet Ben.
Ben & Christina couldn’t be a better match. Ben is a soft spoken and complete gentleman and Christina is all personality with a enormous heart of gold. I literally can’t hang out with Christina more than a minute before we start laughing. They are both such kind, genuine and sweet natured people that are so easy to be around, with a love for each other that is so completely natural. Their wedding day was everything they had hoped for with a perfect fall day, full of their wonderful friends and family. I feel so fortunate to have been a part of their special day and to have gained these two as my friends.
