Rebecca & John’s wedding at the Vail Sonnenalp was such a fun time..and when I say fun, I mean a SUPER FUN wedding! Their wedding was over the 4th of July weekend and celebration was definitely in the air all over Vail. We had a welcomed cooler day from the hot summer and we managed to get lucky with just a thin layer of clouds all day as the storms passed all around us. Which was perfect for their outdoor ceremony by the river. Rebecca & John, the wedding party, every guest and family member, were all so much fun and easy to work with. The entire pace for the day was relaxed and the ceremony was filled with nothing but love for these two. After portraits, cocktail hour and dinner, they entered their reception and I could see right away that everyone came to their wedding to have a great time. Mostly when I noticed the neck tie head bands come on, I knew it was time to party haha. The Jonny Mogambo Band put on such a great show and everyone danced, limboed, soul train lined, glow stick ring tossed the bride, laughed and celebrated, non-stop, all night long. A couple of guests even took the stage to play a song which was really fun (and they were actually really good too). The night ended with a send off from their friends and families as they went for a private ride around Vail….on a pedal cart :).
